And Now We Talk

She walks down the street every day
He walks by, says "I want you"
But he's not the one that she loves
so he takes her aside and says

Now we talk, now we talk
Now we talk, now we talk
Sometimes you have to be strong
Now we talk

He tells her she has to walk away
Or bad things will happen
So she watches her love every day
But she never says a word

Then one day fate intervened
Her tormentor wasn't there
So she turns to her one true love
looks him in the eye, and says

And now we talk, now we talk
Now we talk, now we talk
Sometimes you have to be strong
Now we talk

And they were soulmates
and they found each other
It just goes to show

If you take a chance
and don't be scared
Joy will follow

I have an, um, vivid imagination at times, especially when it comes to matters involving girls.
The chorus is kind of a pop-sing-along-chorus, and it probably sounds better in the music than it looks on paper.
